But now with the introduction of 52c more heroes are being used, especially since new strategies have to evolve since blink is no longer imbalanced. And its not like other high level games use alot more heros

random draft enforce new heros to be used in a match-up.

and most leagues still uses 48B and some other old shit. A decent league never uses the newest patch right away, and blink has been around for almost half an year, yet the same hero are still used over and over again.
