$80 USD to spend

I have $80 USD on my paypal account, from when i used to buy premium with paypal.

I've never bought anything outside merchants, so nothing over 10gb.
So i have no clue on prices, and woudnt know where to start when making an offer.

So thought i try this way.

My main character is my lvl 67 Fire Mage. And my current items are listed below

Lvling Build:
Crimson +1/12mp Rebirth set
+12/1mp earing
+10mp earing
+1 Amulet of MP
+14/2mp belt
+14/2mp ring
+10mp ring
+1/70 flame Elixir Staff

PK Build:
Complete +1/12hp Rebirth Helmet, Pads, Gloves, Boots
Crimson +2/12hp Rebirth Robe
2x Bronze earings
+12/1hp Necklace (Used to wear Prasia Heart Necklace, until KO bugged them, they invisible on D1)
+9hp belt
+10hp ring
Quest ring
+1/70 flame Elixir Staff

I want a new staff, but i think too expensive for Hell Blood and same for Crimson +8 robe.

I want some suggestions in my price range.

I also have a lvl 61 rogue, equipped +1/12dex shell set, +9 dex jewelry set and 2x +8 cleavers.

Hell Blood +7 is probably 50~60 USD by now I would think. And try get a pair of flame rings, which are probably 20 something USD each I think.
