Im still ice and need INT bonus for more slowing effect :/

Int bonus is for mana only and if i'm wrong you can correct me but this is my experience to that. I tried all rumors about stun or slow with all combinations, believe me didn't work. Int bonus just increase your mana, thats it. And the base Int increase your resistance.

I tested it many times

with dual +2 WE and iron belt (no int bonuses)
No slowing effect

with dual +2 CE and Glass Belt ( 30 int bonus)
humans slowing with just a blizzard

also I read sometings about INT bonuses from
http://ko.kalais.net/mage70damage.php (section update3 for int bonuses)
