if i remember u dont have to be cuz alot of ppl in C-west werent mastered, when they got theirs, becuase of the opals, crude, crystal drop rate

I still don't understand your point. My topic title clearly says that I'm buying UNmastered. And yes I can take that to ardream when it is deleveled and restatted. I know there are few, but there probably are some unmastered chars out there which people haven't used for a while when gems were expensive.
