I'd say it would be purely dependent on if you've maxed out mana already from + health and if you can get over 1600 ac with the ep. (as warrior obviously). If you can/have then yes EP +3 becomes superior. If not then no IN +2 is still better.

As rogue i think I'd take the iron neck +2 regardless since with m cd you're not going to likely be emptying your mana pool unless you're perfectly minoring and hp potting at the right time at the right mana spots. Prior to the mh cd i'd have taken ep 3.

Edit: Actually I need to amend this argument for rogue slightly. For general pk the IN might still slightly prevail in the old days too depending on just how much solo pk as well as how many people you were tanking. For 1v1 though ep surely was superior (not that 1v1 means shit all).

As priest ep +3 hands down for weapon defense stacking reasons. Same with mage since you'll be massing wpn def armors and the stats from + health aren't nearly as strong.
