elf belt is 20% dodge 20% more likely chance to hit 10 dex and 30 ac

unless you have a +4 suicune (which i don't really doubt) you won't have 30%

i've dodged tons of hits in pk, AND xp. and yes, dodging a spike or dodging 2 hits from troll berzerker really does make a difference. also, when ur illusioned, 20% attck success works good too
