As the case in most clans, they're keeping the drops to the people that are friends.
Chaoz, Donny(Hydr4), and LastHope are closer friends than most others in the clan, so they get the drops.
This is very common.
It was Pochito's turn to receive a drop, and he got skipped, and the GB was given to LastHope.
That's how I've been told it is, at least.
