Artemiss AKA Phave SCAMMED ME for $200 (Raptor +8)

Any mods or ppl know about that guy can help me?I got all msn longs ingame scs about that scam.What can i know about guy is hes from Netherlands and he got a rogue named Phave.I bought it for my friend now i owe $200 to my friend PLS help me about it feeling so bad right now

The wrost thing is that i didnt buy it for myself.I bought it for my friend that hes 35 years old and he got no chance other than buying coz cant play like us because of his age u know.Now i need to find another Raptor 8 till he hear about it i didnt told him about that yet After that i will take care for that guy better.Atm im selling everyting at D1 Mora 391,383 to make some gbs then i will sell them for cash and buy Raptor +8 for him i hope <_<
