    +3 CS will always be the cheapest, but your not going to be able to get one for in game coins. The USD value is around $315-350 (+0/+7 have been known to go over 400). That basicly means you may get one for IB + IN + ROL... but meh I'd wait a little... who knows what the new shield will do to the market. (most likely not much, but dotl will be useless)
