    Hey All,

    Many of you already know this but I just wanted to post here that if you are buying, selling or trading accounts, in order to change the pw you will have to provide new information submitted in the form of a support ticket. You will have to provide the following information regarding the account:

    "Click and Buy 9 digit customer ID number, and/or the last 4 digits of any credit cards that were used on “account name ”. Please provide this information for as many transactions as possible. Please also make sure to include your new secret question and answer in your ticket. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. Thank you for playing Knight Online.

    Before you buy any account, make sure the seller has ALL of this to prevent any problems or delays from occuring in the transaction.
