In my opinion, the cleric earing is actually one of the least interesting unique. Only INT priests will use that, and because an INT priest has already high defense, INT and resistance, it does not add much of value. Here are its stats:

Defense: 15, HP:50, MP:40, Intelligence: 5, Flame Resistance: 10, Ice Resistance: 10, Lightning Resistance: 10, Magic Resistance: 10, Poison Resistance: 10

I'm guessing it will sell below 500 millions.

Dont forget about int light mages. Not every1 can afford SSEs or WEs
Plus, think of the stats of CE+1. Not bad at all !
