do not buy char seal scroll. they are bugged. you will loss your char. sry to rain in on your topic, but i dont want to see one of these guys loss so much cash and then loss there char. also you dont just loss the char, you bug the slot that the char was in also.
did u lost? really i don't know about bugged or not, i got it more than 1 year ago, and now trying to sell..
yea they are bugged/not working. best thing to do with it is hold on to it till they work again.
than we can say that users can buy, but have to wait for use it..
