Shio's+2 are in merchant for 750 but can be bought for 650 if you are patient (I just bought one in Moradon 2 days ago - admittedly I had been looking for 2 weeks or more), so my guess on the +3 is about 15-16gbs. However, you might be able to get more if you wait, since they seem to be rather rare - you see many +0s but few +1s & +2s.

crystals should be about 4-4.5 gbs now given the prices they had when market was lower. But you should be able to sell them for more, especialy if you are not in a hurry to sell - they are rare. Helmet should be around 2.
