Although for your information if your selling a character via PayPal and its a high dollar amount all you have to do is simply ask them to provide proof of who they are, a 1800# that can get you in touch to the Credit Card company they are using through PayPal for verification of payment.

Also just simply tell them (if its a character not items)... if they plan on charging back they will easily lose the character as all you have to do is simply provide billing info to get the account back. :-)

now is imposible to change information of the account
because the page is not working properly and the support ticket works with the mail of the acct and the SQ works with the same mail also so u will have to wait until those fags of K2 fix that if they would ever gonna fix that
