This staff is brilliant and much better than a woe +6. I have on and love it as paper fire. Once you stat for it you will do more damage than with a woe +6.
My dcz mage is stated for this- I did try the erenion build with a woe +7, but I still prefer this one. I only wish it was a bone staff and not mythril
