In other servers its worth same/less as an iron necklace.

ROC and ROL are MUCh cheaper and they do the job just aswell as a ROF.

Because dies server dropped only 1 ROF in last 5 mounths.Drop rate is very low and that is why it is valuable.And don't forget that the server is AKARA.
