i would take a ROL+1 above a ROF for sure. As Int priest or Mage i would not even care if i had ROM+1 or ROF+0 since its about the same.
U cant even show off with a ROF cus none can see the ROF except u...

ROF is might be worth more the 3 ROL+0 but the ROL+1 is better for sure. More AC more Health StatPoints more HP and LR is better the FR. Also if u are a Rouge u get also more Dex.
