If you don't want to deal with the phone call, playspan also lets you buy premium using paypal as payment method.

You sign-up, add premium to cart, select pay pal, they verify your paypal by sending email to your email on your pay pal account, once verified you confirm your purchase, then depending on the time of day and their process, they sending an ESN code to you through email either right away or within 24 hours. SO far my first premium I got within minutes, the 2nd premium took about an hour to get, probably because it was around 11pm est.
