he's just giving u a tip on buying items for $$... get the best for your buck. then put an extra week or 2 in moradon and make trades and come out w/ more for what you paid for.. thats how people like me and koop would do it...
but! any ROF +2s or higher are pretty much impossible to trade for in game. they dont drop anymore & no baba's trade them off for items in game. just $$. so i understand u just wanting an item u know u arent going to trade for in game.

first come first serve, as always. but if they still there when u have money, u can purchase one ofc
