If you want one, and wants someone trying to gamble and get it, you might wanna up ur reward > ALOT. Oasis9 is rare, and there aint that many 8´s on server, i would guss if someone got it, the prize will be near HB9....

If you up ur prize a few $$$´s you might get a elexir9 tho.

lol like 65gbs for an oasis9? even if there were 5 arround wouldnt cost that, more like 100gbs or something, anyways gl, if i were you i would try upgrading it, why not.
