B> level 70-75 Rogue (IGC/IGI)

I'm looking to buy a 70-75 lvl rogue

Things I'd Prefer:
Atleast 2 rogues on the account,3 rogues same account would be a HUGE plus
No old uniques. If there is old uniues dont expect extra money because of them.
Low NP's
Personal not burned but its okay if it is
Id rather it be orc. but human is fine as well

I'll update this topic as i bump it and make it alot more clear. i realize right now it's a mess.
