    Default [BUYING] Character or account with high NP

    I am looking for KARUS characters and accounts with high NP's.
    I would highly prefer characters in a CR though, and I will have second thoughts about buying an account...

    Any class and level are welcome as long as it has high NP's.

    My budget is nearly $175, and for very high NP accounts, I can increase it some.. hopefully.
    I will pay with USD or IGC.


    I am also looking for a level 80 warrior in a CR. (NP's don't matter.)
