They just need this info to proof it was really your char. I got my char back this way in less than 2 weeks.
Gl... but first send ticket to block the acc, so hacker cannot steal anything/dlvl it.
okey he get his char back, he lose some thinkg but most wast saved. Topic can be closed for noe
