to me the universal rule with buying/selling something for usd/realy money in any situation is that the buyer gives up the money 1st, and then wen the seller receives the money only then can the item be traded. i mean if both parties are trustable then no1 should have any problems doing it that way. and like if u trading with some1 is a scammer then you dont do the trade. i mean its the same stuff that goes down in the realy world. u dont go to a shop to buy a candy bar and eat it be4 u pay. but if u no the person selling the "candy bar" then there should be no problem with giving up the item/ eating the candy bar.
