paypal favors the buyer if go about it correctly you can always get your money back, those who are having trouble getting their money back contact Psy the investigation moderator. he knows all about paypal, he knows it inside out.
i told them that i know theres atleast 4 people charging back that one guy, so i dont know why they would have to look into it :X
they always dobut if they keep causing problems with you over email support, calling is always 100% effective, i have never seen or heard of a call to paypal not going well.
i called them 3 times.
talk with psy, sound professional when you talk with paypal support and they will always help you.
