The original e-mail? You can't do anything with it once it has been changed. Also I doubt anyone would give you their e-mail account with personal information that may be linked to bank accounts, paypal, etc.

well with out that original email its possible to gain access to the account even after all the info is changed. all the owner of the email has to do is send in a ticket to k2 saying "the account was hacked and all the info was changed but i still have the original email" and k2 will change all the current info and send it to the original email address.
