Dufus would be your only option if you want a LEGIT character.
He would only sell for some ridiculous offer like 9 iron sets and 21gb. h34r:

KOXP character 83 probably about $1000.00 usd/100gbs
You'd probably get banned they'd see how long character was around (2-3 monthes), and you'd get banned. (waste of money)

For level 80 warrior..

Puffy is selling I know that, he wants $600.00usd+ b/o (65gbs+ IF he is accepting igi/igc)
