character seal scrolls aren't working and will be removed from game soon, by Athenrye's word (can't give link coz the forum doesn't work for me )

if ko forum work for u, check the page before the last 1 in Ask a GM topic, he said that atm they are not working, and soon will be deleted
Yes, I tried it. Doesn't work, you can only un-seal. Your CSS is worthless.
gms have said on main forums they do not work anymore.
I will close this topic, if u can get a link to a topic that a USKO gm says they still work i will let that topic stay open.
