You are not allowed to sell acc, only char WITH cypher ring (and you need proof that you have a ring)
Not to mention, who would consider buying an ACC from you?
No offense, but as the other guy said, you have no vouchers and you are new to ko4life.

ok but why should i buy i cypher ring if my acc isnt even 55$ worth???
