bless . tested and tested and tested some more . Cleavers have a HIGHER chance of failing E.g

10 spikes

1-2 fail = get lower then 100

2-4 be a miss e.g if u spiek 1k ull hit 500

4-7 be 750-1k MAX ( a hit)

dont belive if you dont want too ive tested this . same story with Sword breakers +10 they miss too much FARRR too much

i prefer shard but still stick to what i said (shard doesnt miss as much cause its a high class item but cleaver hits harder)
