    You cant seal characters anymore, you can unseal only.

    They are re-enabling the whole thing by the end of the month according to the producers. So it should be back in PUS with a discount price I can only assume.

    I'm not so sure about it not working though. It can seal them and unseal them.

    If your current offer is 20 gbs, why are you wasting your time (almost 3 days) trying to get 1 gb more. To others such as myself who are interested in buying this, it seems that you just put up a bullshit offer.
