if you upgrade a unique dagger shouldnt you have to pay something for the upgrade or is that only for +8 - +9 upgrades and not reverse upgrades?

yea ur correct only Noreverse upgrades u have to pay the 1m to make it +1 then i think like 250-500k for regular ups. Reverse upgrades there is no cost
