Default A topic about the USD.

    Hi!

Like you all know the USD has beeen going up lately and in a few days this means big differencies.

I'm working as a currency dealer which means I see the effect it does on our swedish crown.

So I would consider you all drop your prices because when the USD increase due to your own country value you can see how big the difference is.

7.26 to 7.82 in just 5 days which means this :

    7.26 * 1000 = 7260 swedish crownes

    7.82 * 1000 = 7820 swedish crownes

The difference is more than 500 SEK (~ 50 euro)

So please update your prices everyone!

So next time USD drops and SEK goes up, I should ask all swedes to pay more for items than americans? Prices are what they are. If you don't like USD prices, buy from fucking Sweden.

But this isn't about sweden, this was just one example.

and of course things should change. I'm mentioned this could be a "mark" why people offer lower, because I assume many of the members om cwest community aren't 100 % americans... or am I wrong?

You guys don't need to be upset lol

And this isn't something im whining about i'm just saying if the USD keeps on grewing much stronger all the prices will be very unsatisfying for all the people that don't use USD in their own country.

I don't quite see the problem. Not many people deal with thousands in KO. And when USD goes up and other party receiving USD converts this USD to their currency, they will receive more of their currency respectively.
I sell gbs every now and then. GB prices used to be high and dollar low, now it's vice versa. Not 1:1, but nevertheless. I don't find few bucks of a difference enough to make a thread about it.

We're not speaking about a few bucks, if the USD keeps rising next week maybe the difference is a percentage of 15 % . ...

I know what you mean, i'm just saying this might do that people buy less because what matters to 90 % of the people is what you pay : - )
