The Chitins shield +8 was won by an old Apero forever priest for turning in her energy rock. One other person one an item of their choice but was different server, think it was a cursed weapon.

The let you trade your ultima necklaces in about a year ago, those who did , most recieved INs. I know one guy in particular that turned in 9+ Ultima necks and got all back in INs.
