the whole point of putting prices at 199.99 instead of £200 is to make the figure look smaller than it is. Sellers do this to let buyers see it as lower. However, your the buyer so wouldn't you wanna round it up to make it look like your giving more? for a little $1 extra.

And i think you said k2 and ko suck only people who play are noobs and dumb. lol
