    from what i can understand from the forums Rebirth items are always supposed to be 50/50 no mather what + you go. I cant say it for sure tho

    you can easly count it, its like 50%-60%, If it would be under 50% then it means that from +7 to +8 is less than 6,25% chance and i dont think so its lower than 6%. Usually from 10 items +7, you will make one +8, and from 15 items is almost 100% sure to make +8 (from what i experienced). So if chance is 6%+, then in "rebirth upgrade" its 50%+
