See whether or not they force to pay,you are still intitled to a "SATISFACOTRY" gaming experience if you pay. Im sure they care little about their customers,and if its true about what compton said in his post about there only being 2 employees at the office,then this company is pretty much robbing us blind. In America we have something called business ethics, where the customer is always right even if you aren't. Its obvious that these guys went to clown college to get a degree.It is only a matter of time before some pissed off person is going to sue...
