I dont think much will be done with this unless you provide fraps or similar proof,
unless you personally know a gm, and they have complete trust in you as a GM advocate.

It is up to you wheter you keep the list updated.

Ehm.. it's just for fun.. not actually trying to do something with it
like people care who ksed me ^^

KS'ing is not very nice,
but some people do much worse things.

For instance, some baby as a mage, uses a transform scroll,
and then goes to golem spawn,
and tp's people to him from /seeking_party
Killing most in one or two hits.

That a lot of XP for a level61 to get back.

Or a party member that is not a clannie,
that disband loots a unique or high class item drop.

Or someone that lures Troll Warriors or Lamations on a party,
because the party is full and they wont boot a friend to add him.

(All of these have been done to me many times)

KS'ing is just really a party of the game that has to be dealt with.

The day the new servers roll out, frequently the GM's come on and even say,
"Lots of KS going on in Morodon...we just have to live with it for now with so many people on"

So in some situations gm's will actually even overlook it,
depending on the situation.

(10,000 people all trying to kill worms for silk bundles the first day, etc...)

That other stuff there is no excuse for it.

I hope this puts it in perspective for you,
