Its called, Edited .tbl which were released publically on a certain forum -_-. So now priest and mages skills = spammable with no animation. Yay.
Oh if youu must know why i check these certain forums, its because im waiting for a program that can change the port of KO so that I can log in during peak hours of my isp, cos it blocks the ports the game uses =p.
