Paypal is just a powerful way to send money as WU. The only thing you have to do when you use paypal is wait for about a day or two for the transaction to complete. After that, people cannot charge back and scam you. If you don't have a checking account for paypal.....I have had one since I was 14. It is not that hard to get a student checking acount. So for people that hate paypal because they are afraid of getting scammed, just allow transaction to go through. Scammers cannot reach into your checking account and take money away, espically if you withdraw it from the atm.

Depends on where you are. In the U.S it is very quick. Overseas it takes like 5 days. I have made purchases and the receiver received his money the same day. On one of my overseas purchases...I made it on a wednesday and it went through that monday. When I sell...I allow for the money to go through so I won't get scammed. It is a fail-safe way of doing business. But it does turn around on the buyer, if you sell you something and allow for the money to go through, you can take my money and dissappear. But don't judge paypal for that, one can do the same with WU also.

Paypal is just a powerful way to send money as WU. The only thing you have to do when you use paypal is wait for about a day or two for the transaction to complete. Very well said, not sure why some people still dont get it through their heads. I have had issues with people trying to scam me through paypal in the past as both a buyer and seller, paypal took care of all the issues I had. If a person is a legit buyer or seller, then paypal is there for you with a team of people to make sure you do not get scammed. If a person intends to scam another person, they use another payment method. The reason why scammers prefer other payment methods is that scams dont work well with paypal, the word is out paypal is not very good for scammers.

PS. Paypal is known by all credit card companies, if your paypal is set up to feed off your credit card even better. The reason why this is good is if someone trys to scam you through paypal, contact your credit card also then both your credit card and paypal will work together to help and solve your issues. By the way if a scammer trys to to scam you using paypal, they should watch out especially if your paypal account is hooked up to a credit card. Credit card companies dont mess around, have international power when it comes to laying charges to those who try to scam their company and their customers. Maybe this is why more and more scammers dont use paypal.

Agreed. And Paypal doesn't charge an arm and a leg to send money.

Wait for money to clear your bank (2-3 days) and you CANNOT be charged back.
