If they are in a cypher ring, they will be in merchants for maximum of 10gb's or less. Depends on what the seller feels the character is to him/her. If they just want to get rid of the character and they used the 2nd char seal scroll which is practically free from the KESN code, they will sell it for cheap (4-7gb's) if they are trying to make money from the character, then the price will go for 10+gb's.

Although, a level 55-67 character is almost useless on Ares, people don't seek them much. It's more requested in newer servers.
