Because of the low level, none of the new exp quests done

It's already sealed on a Cypher Ring

I want to know its price in GBs or simple items (uniques +0 i.e.)

I'd like to know if I can get a HB+7 or +1 rebirth and a Dread Shield +7 for it

well, there r chars:
lvl 52-56 on merchant for 150-220 mil
lvl 56-59 on merchant for 250-350 mil
lvl 60-62 on merchant for 300-500 mil
that's what i saw, usually on stairs or that right inn

so lvl 70 without personal would be around 20 gbs maybe?? dont know..

yeah problably 15-20gbs
