to get paypal i need credit card no? i've used mine and they kicked it couse i had some probs with setting the account on ebay... (needed 4 digits, thought i knew them, tried 3 times and they kicked my cc.)

you dont need a credit card to set up paypal. However Credit card is the fastest method of verifying the account because it does it instantly. You can actually set up paypal to ur checkings or savings bank account, Paypal will deposit some money and u check ur bank statment and theres a thing where U type the exact ammount they deposited when you do that you'v signed up and Verified paypal with a Debit/Bank Account.
