I have dual Flame Ring +1, what + or imir Ring could i trade them for?

I see FR sell for like 2.5 of a Imir at +0 not sure if i can get Dual Imir+2 for my FR+1s and some GBs.

Also what Lightning Staff could i get on an even trade from Schorching Staff +8 non reb?
