I'm thinking of trading my lvl 71.50 orc rogue for a RLB lvl 69 orc rogue if someone is interested. It would save someone 2.5 lvls of work. Free if you provide both Cypher rings or we can work out a deal for IGI or IGC if I have to provide my own Cypher Ring.

The 69 orc cannot be De-leveled from 70+ with the personal quest done or it can't be used in RLB.
