Its good for Soloing if you want to XP by your self, or boss hunting. For every hit you give to the enemy you get 65HP. In other words if you have a good combo you will get 65 every time you use ur skill meaning you just need MP pots. I think this weapon is a luxury. I would buy from Dragon but no money atm.

its not 65hp for each hit... its 65% of what youhit on the boss or monster so say you hit 2000 on somthing it gives you get 1300 back so it much more than just 65hp for each hit
