Sounds normal to me... I know alot of legit lvl 70's on Beramus that had non of the new quests done when they quit.

Because they were level 70 when rofd cam eout, so they might've quit before they could do the quests.
Where as in Pathos there was always RoFD, would be VERY stupid.
