to raekpacman -> Because these are Full plate, tons of +9s around because easy to make, so a +10 is possible, just extremely rare.

Did I say it was easy? The answer is NO.

I said it is pretty easy to make FP +9, and with so much FP +9 around it is not impossible to make +10s. Okaaay? Its not like he is selling Shell +10 or something, it is FULL PLATE.
