hmm let see. People abuse the trade duping and letter duping back then to get multiple item with the same id. then they upgrade one of them and if it pass to +9 then they delete their other +8 and the +9 item will be legit since it the only one with that id (meaning it wont be wiped). is that simple enought for you to understand?
