The KO warrior should be around lvl 70 and on any of these servers, Xigenon, Pathos, Akara, Olympia or Girakon.

The warrior is as said on PVP server and has the PCT ready. (so u can transfer it to another server)

It has quite good gear, so u'll be abel to smoke some Horde asses.
